This course equips participants with the knowledge and tools to effectively market and sell services to the aging-in-place (AIP) market. As a graduate of this course, you will be able to:
-Identify access points and marketing opportunities within the targeted AIP market segments.
- Explain how allied professionals can collaborate effectively to serve a targeted AIP market.
- Identify common challenges of functioning in a real-world environment for the AIP population.
- Enhance the client consulting process with effective needs assessment and communication techniques.
This course is required for the NAHB Certified Aging in Place Specialist designation. It can be an elective for the Masters CSP and CGA designations.
This course provides six hours of continuing education credits for these NAHB designations: CGA, CGB, CGR, GMB, CSP, Master CSP, CMP, and MIRM

Beverly has received numerous industry honors including Marketing Director of the Year and NAHB’s prestigious Associate of the Year Award. She is also master instructor for the NAHB University of Housing, and holds seven professional designations including GMB, CGA, CGR, CGB, CAPS, MIRM, and CMP, and was recently awarded NAHB’s Educator of the Year (CGB). She’s an avid San Antonio SPURS fan and a loyal Texas Longhorn.
