Tammie is a frequent speaker at the International Builders Show and the 21st Century Building Expo & Conference. Actively involved in the National Association of Home Builders, Tammie served as the 2013 NAHB National Sales and Marketing Council Chair and as an Advisor to the Chair of the Professional Women in Building. In 2011 she was awarded the 2011 National Sales and Marketing Council Bill Molster award and was named the 2011 Professional Women in Building Woman of the Year. Tammie is a past chair of the North Carolina Professional Women in the Building Industry Council and the North Carolina Associates Council and was named the 2009 North Carolina Distinguished Associate of the Year. Tammie holds a North Carolina Real Estate Brokers license, the MCSP, CGP and CAPS designations and is a Master In Residential Marketing.
