Lesley, a former, valued trade partner (most recently, the Corporate Vice President of Interior Design for John Wieland Homes) has spent 16 years "raising the bar" and receiving national industry accolades for her innovations in model merchandising Design Studio Merchandising, and Remodeling, Fit and Finish Selections, Exterior Color Specification, and Remodeling, Fit and Finish Selections, Exterior Color Specification, and Floor Plan Design. In addition, Lesley possesses an in-depth knowledge on generational divides, and more specifically the 55+ Buyer.
In addition to building successful relationships and expanding our foot print in the progressive and vast Atalanta market, Lesley is versed in new home marketing trends having educated in multiple local and national home builder associations and builder shows, including the ECBC, SEBC and International Builders Show.
Joe Duffus has been a visionary in the interior design and merchandising of model homes and the commercial industry for close to thirty years. His progressive approach to “selling homes faster” comes from his innate entrepreneurial spirit. Unlike most design firm CEO’s, Joe places as much emphasis on marketing a space as he does on the design of a space. Throughout the years, he has developed “a science” that enables homebuilders to increase absorption rates and maximize options sales and, for multifamily developers increase occupancy rates while maximizing their square footage lease rates. Joe has created strategic partnerships with top industry players to offer the most comprehensive and effective merchandising tool in the industry.
In 2014, Joe became CEO of Builders Design, a position he currently holds. Joe has also been in demand as a new homes trends educator, judge and speaker for multiple local and national homebuilder associations and builder shows, including the SEBC and International Builders Show.
