Historically builders have focused capturing online leads through web chat, requesting model home tours or general contact/ask a question forms. All of these are predicated the lead is ready to begin a conversation and schedule a model home visit.

What about the hundreds and perhaps thousands of other website visitors who aren't ready to make that commitment yet? This program will focus on a holistic approach to developing online revenue through understanding what website content is paramount, how to engage visitors who aren't ready to start a conversation and identifying the behaviors buyer's exhibit online vs. leads who go nowhere.
