Electrical and internet should be ordered through the Concord Convention Center. The form can be downloaded here. Forms are also included in your Exhibitor kit. Deadline for early rate is 11/1/24. 


eShow Lead Retrieval takes advantage of the latest mobile technology to provide a cost-effective, efficient and easy to use system. eShow staff will be available on-site for support and assistance during all setup and show hours. Register your booth personnel in advance so badges are ready to print as soon as exhibitors arrive at the registration check-in desk. Online registration will open around July 15, 2024. Be sure to update your exhibitor profile on the floor plan and add show specials product photos and press releases before the show as well. You will need to register your booth personnel in the Exhibitor Service Center, NOT under attendee registration.


Show management requires each exhibiting company and exhibitor appointed non-official contractor to carry general liability insurance (recommended $1 million per occurrence/$2 million general aggregate). Proof of insurance is requested in order to exhibit at the 21CBEC. More information is found in the Rules & Regulations Section V, J.1. Workman’s comp is applicable only as required by current law. If you do not liability insurance or don’t know where to find your policy, insurance may be purchased through Rainprotection for a nominal amount for the duration of the show. Certificate of Insurance due  by November 8, 2024. Form can be found in the Exhibitor Kit.
