The 21st Century Building Expo & Conference offers you the opportunity to interact one-on-one with builders throughout the Carolinas. As one of the most affordable builder tradeshows in the country, exhibitors can get the most return on their marketing investment by selecting the 21CBEC. Did you know live meetings actually save time and money and result in a more effective exchange of ideas?

Rates

Currently $2300 per booth for new exhibitors until June 1, 2024. The price will then go to $2500.

All booths will include carpet, so that is one less thing you have to purchase. You do have the option to purchase the complete booth package, which will include an 6′ table, 2 chairs, waste basket, half page color ad in the Official Program Guide, one shared E-Blast to all pre-registered attendees, and participation in the Raffle Card Grand Prize Giveaway on Wednesday. The complete booth package is an additional $1200 but it saves you $520 and gives you marketing opportunities before, during and after the Expo.

Most booths on our virtual floor plan are 8 x 10, with a few exceptions, but any booth can be combined for larger square footage. Minimum square footage is 80 sq. ft.

BOOTHS AVAILABLE FOR $2300 per booth 

Optional add-ons to your booth space:

  • Deluxe or superior banner ($800) – these hang outside the entrance to the Expo Floor, giving you added visibility.
  • Logo, web link and a short message in one e-blast ($500).
  • Participation in the Grand Prize Wednesday  – attendees who want to be eligible to win a great prize (TBD) must visit your booth and receive a stamp ($500).
  • Half page color ad in the Onsite Program Guide

Terms

A 50% deposit per booth must be received within fourteen (14) days of receiving contract or the booth will be released. Balance is due by August 1. Any contracts received after August 1, 2024, must have full payment within fourteen (14) days.
