Amy Bonis

Amy is a very passionate woman who takes the business of mortgage banking and helping people realize their dream of financial independence very seriously. She started in mortgage banking in Los Angeles in the early 1990's and her business has bloomed. Amy is one of the top loan officers in the country. She embraces the idea of inspiring her clients, educating them and helping them to choose the "right" mortgage vehicle to help them reach their financial goals. Amy encourages her clients to have a plan for the future and unite as a family. Amy’s team spends a lot of time learning about all the different products on the market so that they can offer the best choices. Amy is analytical, creative and very people-oriented. Amy has never taken a loan and not been able to close it due to a denial.

Amy is a periodic guest on "It's Your Money" and has also been featured on local television stations. She conducts workshops throughout North Carolina at WRAL, Glaxo, Rex Hospitals, EPA, UNC Hospitals, General Electric, Wake Technical College and various other organizations. Amy is certified by the state of North Carolina to be a Wealth Coach and is a motivational speaker through the NC Saves program. Amy has also served on the NAWBO Board as community relations chairperson.
