Anne Caywood

Anne Caywood was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2001, following her graduation from the Wake Forest University School of Law. She has been admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina and has handled cases involving General Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, Real Estate Litigation, Professional Liability and Products Liability. After practicing construction litigation in Raleigh and Winston-Salem for several years, Caywood decided to focus on helping others resolve their disputes by serving as a Mediator. Caywood is a Certified Superior Court Mediator and currently works with attorneys and their clients to help facilitate settlements. Caywood enjoys serving as a speaker and North Carolina Builder Institute instructor for numerous state and local HBA education events and conferences.
