He is a graduate of UNC, holds an MBA in Marketing from the Kenan-Flagler Business School and is a past elected President of NAHB's Institute of Residential Marketing. Bill is the author of Understanding Housing Markets and Consumers, The Challenge of New Home Sales Management and Sweet Success in New Home Sales, all published by NAHB.
