Joan Inglis, owner of Carolina Spaces, LLC, is an internationally recognized, award winning model home merchandiser, interior designer, and home staging professional. She has worked with national, regional and local home builders for more than 20 years, and is a licensed Realtor®/Broker in SC and NC, and a professional speaker and writer. She is dedicated to continuing education in her field of design/real estate/ buyer psychology.

Having directly assisted home buyers purchasing new construction, Joan has a unique understanding regarding model home merchandising. She creates models that are not merely “decorated,” but are prepared to appeal to the widest, most diverse range of buyers in the particular targeted demographic.

Joan has worked directly with custom home builders and remodelers reviewing home plans and making recommendations to avoid design imperfections. She also selects pre construction materials and finishes for builders and homeowners.

She has achieved the highest educational designation in the home staging industry, Accredited Staging Professional Master®, and was awarded The Barb Schwarz ASPM® Staging Excellence Award – the industry’s highest international award.
