Meredith Oliver MIRM, MCSP

Meredith Oliver, CSP, MIRM works with home builders who want to drive more traffic, leads, and sales. She is the cofounder and chief strategist of Meredith Communications, a digital marketing agency in Raleigh, NC specializing in home builder marketing. Meredith Communications is in its eighteenth year delivering digital marketing solutions such as website design, search engine optimization, and social media marketing.

Meredith holds a Masters Degree in Communication Technology from Rollins College and is the author of three books, 1) Click Power: The Proven System Home Builders Use to Drive More Traffic, Leads and Sales and 2) FANtastic Marketing: Leverage Your Fan Factor, Build a Blockbuster Brand, Score New Customers, and Knock Out the Competition and 3) FANtastic Selling: The 10 Undeniable Traits of Rock-Star, Top-Producing, Quota-Busting Salespeople.

She has been speaking professionally for 17 years and holds the prestigious CSP (Certified Speaking Professional®) designation, the highest designation conferred by the National Speakers Association. She is a eighteen-time presenter at the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) International Builders Show including multiple appearances in the Super Sales Rally.

Meredith holds the MIRM (Masters in Residential Marketing) and the MCSP (Master Certified Sales Professional) designations. She is an approved instructor for both designations. She is a Past Chair of the NAHB Institute of Residential Marketing and currently services on the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) Board of Governors. Meredith served for two years as the Communications Chair for the NAHB Professional Women in Building Council.

Honors include 2017 MIRM Designee of the Year, 2016 NAHB PWB National Member of the Year, and 2015 NAHB NSMC Bill Molster Award for Outstanding Service and Lifetime Achievement.
