Rachel Daly

Rachel Daly is an experienced litigator, with a broad range of courtroom litigation experience. She has tried numerous cases as lead counsel, managing teams of attorneys and paralegals both in trial preparation and at trial. Rachel represents clients in both state and federal courts and has successfully argued appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Rachel’s areas of experience include defective product actions, complex contract actions, and commercial tort actions—including fraud, bad faith and unfair and deceptive trade practice cases—where the alleged damages range from loss of profits to loss of life.
