Tim Minton

Tim Minton is the Director of Government Affairs and part of the lobbying team for the North Carolina Home Builders Association. The NCHBA lobbying team was recently ranked as the top association lobbying group by the Southern Political Report. Previously, Minton was the Executive Vice President of the HBA of Raleigh-Wake County where he received numerous awards including National EO of the Year, the North Carolina EO of the Year and the National Rookie EO of the Year. He also served as the National Home Builder EO President in 2013. Tim is a founding member and past president of Operation Coming Home, a nonprofit that builds custom homes for injured combat veterans. Tim and his wife, Susan, have three children and are active members of Hocutt Baptist Church.
