Jamie Hager

A Certified Green Professional, HERS Rater, National Green Building Standards Verifier, LEED HAP, LEED Green Rater, LEED Provider QAD, Passive House Rater and National Green Building Standards Partner of the Year, Jamie has her head wrapped around the residential green building certification industry. She has been excited to be part of the Southern Energy Management Team that continues to keep NC in the top 5 states in the country for certified green homes. As the Green Building Specialist at Southern Energy Management, she enjoys engaging builders and developers on and off site to help them identify cost saving, healthy, market focused strategies to improve the durability and energy performance of their homes and communities. Entering her 17th year in the construction industry, Jamie is excited to represent housing's role in sustainable energy solutions as Chair of the High Performance Building Council of the Triangle, as well as a serving as a member of the Planning Board in Chatham County NC.
