CHARLOTTE, NC, May 6, 2019 – The 21st Century Building Expo & Conference (21CBEC), presented annually by the North Carolina Home Builders Association, has announced that its 17th annual show will be held September 10-12, 2019 at the Charlotte Convention Center.
Each year, 21CBEC attracts the Southeast’s most influential builders, developers, contractors, architects and other housing industry professionals looking to grow their businesses. These attendees benefit from a robust Educational Conference, an expansive 80,000-square-foot Expo Floor showcasing the latest in new building products and technology, and an exceptional line-up of thought leaders and industry experts.
The Educational Conference portion of 21CBEC spans three full days beginning Tuesday, September 10 through Thursday, September 12. More than 40 classes and seminars will be offered to spark innovation, critical thinking and to polish business skills. Course instructors represent a diverse cross-section of the home building industry, including builders, remodelers, marketing and sales professionals, code experts, as well as technology and high-performance insiders.
Attendees will also benefit from the vibrant Expo Floor, where they can see, touch, test and learn about the latest products and service solutions. The Expo Floor is strategically planned to drive value for exhibitors and to provide more opportunities for buyers to discover the products and solutions to fit their business needs. Two specialty pavilions, a High-Performance Pavilion and a Concrete Pavilion, will give attendees an up-close look at the solutions available to increase the efficiency and durability of today’s homes. The Expo Floor officially opens on Tuesday, September 10 at 4:30 pm with 21CBEC’s popular Kick-Off Celebration.
A 21CBEC hallmark, the Design House will again be a fixture on the Expo Floor and attract attendees to hear speakers deliver actionable industry insights as well as inspiring and empowering lessons. This year’s keynote speakers include record-setting Carolina Panthers Wide Receiver Steve Smith, leading housing market analyst Jeff Meyers, and Wells Fargo senior economist and renowned economic forecaster Mark Vitner.
